The page keeps moving.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click or roll mouse then page starts shifting. 
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Can't sign in on a line of text. 

What went wrong?
Page kept scrolling up, but I then down. 

Did this work before? Yes Current

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.91  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

Nothing at this time.

Thanks for your report!

Can you repro this issue on latest Chrome on Android 58.0.3029.83? If so Can you please add detailed steps and Device Model/OS to repro this issue?
