Not add Findit to the cc list on Gerrit

When Findit posts a confirmation message on Gerrit, it was added to the cc list.
Example: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/517471/

This is not expected.

I tried to post a message to a CL that I was not neither reviewer nor cced. And I was automatically added to cc list. I think this is a standard behavior.

That's from the UI frontend. Is it also enforced in API? Is there a parameter to not add self to cc list?

This(https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/rest-api-changes.html#set-review) is the API we are using and we don't set reviewers.

My initial thought is maybe we need to set reviewers explicitly. But I need to look deeper.
