What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Google Drive
2. Right click and Download a .tgz file (not sure if it's all tgz files).
3. View error message

What is the expected result?

Two defects:

(a) Before the entire file downloads, block the download (assuming the blocking is done based on filename). Right now the entire file is downloaded, then blocked.

(b) Allow the user to override the blocking.

What happens instead of that?

(a) entire file is downloaded, wasting time and bandwidth

(b) file is deleted, with no workaround.
