Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 with chrome Stable #58.0.3029.110

Observed while logging into it gmail, it pop up window to save password, but the nvda didn't read the pop up window.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome stable-59.0.3071.86 & Canary-61.0.3128.0 as per the below steps:

1. Launched chrome
2. Started NVDA
3. Logged into Gmail with valid credentials
4. Observed save password bubble displayed , but NVDA does not read the text in the 'save password' bubble.

Note: 
Observed that NVDA read the text in the 'save password' bubble only when user hover on it.

As this issue observed from M45, marking it as 'Untriaged' to get more inputs from dev for further investigation.

Can you give expected behavior so I can verify this fix? 
I do not hear a prompt to save password, but the button is there in my toolbar and is accessible.
