Regression:Focus remains on the avatar icon even after moving cursor away from it |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3116.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and click on the avatar icon at the top right corner of the browser. (2)Observe the avatar icon(Refer the video) Expected: Focus should not be seen on avatar icon after moving cursor away from it Actual:Instead, focus is seen This is a Regression issue broken in M-60 Manual Bisect Info: =================== Good Build:60.0.3103.0 Bad Build: 60.0.3104.0 NOTE: Issue is not seen in windows.

Able to reproduce this issue on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome Canary-61.0.3116.0 Manual Bisect: ------------- Good Build:60.0.3103.0 -Revision-472587 Bad Build: 60.0.3104.0-Revision-473014 Per revision Bisect Tool Info: ---------------- You are probably looking for a change made after 472670 (known good), but no later than 472671 (first known bad).
