Error selection in gnubbyd make USB key not available any more

Reported by liuchao...@126.com, May 31 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.install the app in chrome
2.insert USB key (yubico neo)
3.open gnubbyd and select second "USB xxx"

What is the expected behavior?
expect the key to work ok or at least could be switched to OK

What went wrong?
The key is no longer recognized as a HID device, and keep searching an unknown device "Yubico WinUSB Gnubby (gunbby1)" .

And the gnubbyd could not connect the device and give error "low level error: -8 " as if the device is not inserted .

WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gnubbyd/beknehfpfkghjoafdifaflglpjkojoco

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

For end user, at least to give a "reset to normal" selection or give a instruction on how to deal with it
