Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3116.0 64a9be37ccf1e29e9e9cc302da2297f2d3661b5d-refs/heads/master@{#475721} OS: Windows (7,8,10) Pre condition: Sign-in into Chrome with valid credentials What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, navigate to https://docs.google.com/presentation/u/0/ 2. Keep mouse hovering on 'Grid view', 'Sort options', 'Open file picker' icon and observe Actual: 'Sort options' icon is seen twice on mouse hover action. Expected: 'Sort options' should appear properly This is Regression issue broken in M-60, will soon update other info. Good Build: 60.0.3081.0 Bad Build: 60.0.3082.0 Note: Issue is not observed on Mac and Linux OS.

Tried reproing on Windows 10 at 61.0.3119.0 at different device scales and was unable to repro. Can you give any more specific conditions for reproing this bug?
