Regression: Unwanted patches are observed on web-page on disabling hardware acceleration.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3116.0 (Official Build) (cohort: Stable)64a9be37ccf1e29e9e9cc302da2297f2d3661b5d-refs/heads/master@{#475721}(32/64-bit).

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Linux(14.04 LTS).

Test URL: http://dubai360.com/#!s=1329-above-business-bay-bridge-hub&l=en

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://settings/system, disable hardware acceleration.
2.Relaunch Chrome, go to the above URL, Click on the page and observe.

Actual Result: Unwanted patches are observed.
Expected Result: Patches should not be seen.

This is Regression issue broken in M-60,  will soon update other info.

Manual Bisect:
Good Build: 60.0.3083.0
Bad Build: 60.0.3084.0 

Note: Issue is not seen on MAC OS.

My patch is just a method rename. This one in that changelog seems a more likely candidate though still not clear cut:

What are the contents of about:gpu (plaintext, just copy/paste) from an affected machine?
