Issue descriptionChrome Version : 58.0.302981 Behavior in Safari (if applicable): Works fine Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): Works fine OS: 10.10.5 Behavior persists in Canary as well. Issue not present in OS 10.12. No third party printing software involved. Reproducible in Incognito. Steps To Reproduce: (1) Invoke the system print preview for printing something in Chrome browser (manual or via cmd+alt+P) (2) Try to change the specifics of the print Expected Result: You're able to change the settings before printing Actual Result: Even though you can click on the settings nothing is changed (Video attached) Workaround: Chrome print dialog works fine (cmd+P) Logs and video: PII protected https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3b_geWiFoj8ei1hT0U4dDlpM1U

Issue also is not present in OS X 10.11 Krishna, can you please help us to triage? Specific to specific OS version (which is still supported). Issue started with chrome version 58.

Ligi: Did you get a chance to take a look? I have a Mac that's running 10.9 but I'm not sure if that will reproduce the bug.

Unfortunately all out test machines are upgraded to 10.11 and 10.12, unable to try a repro.
