Text rendering glitches seen on Peppy Device |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: Version 60.0.3112.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) OS: 9592.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peppy Firmware What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome and navigate to few pages like crbug, wikipedia & Youtube (2) Try scrolling up & down (3) Verify What is the expected result? No rendering glitches should be seen What happens instead? Text rendering glitches are seen on the pages. Please find the attached screen shots. They load correctly back again upon mouse hover on those. I will check the regression information soon & update the issue.

This is a regression issue as this is not seen on previous dev build # 60.0.3107.0

Are you still able to reproduce this? I saw some different kind of paint problem on Android in 60.0.3112.0, but was fixed in 60.0.3112.3. Not sure if this is related to it.

Maybe paint or device problem, but let me add Blink>Fonts if experts there has any insights, until we figure this out better.

This is not reproducible on Win7, Linux - 60.0.3112.7 Not seen on Falco device as well - 60.0.3112.0
