Devserver Static File Cache TOO large. |

Issue descriptionFrom "chromeos4-devserver4": /home/chromeos-test/images 430G 683,460 files/directories. That is large enough to potentially affect file system performance. It DOES use nested directories, but I'm certain that some of them are large enough to be an issue. Pruning the cache from time to time would resolve this. Also, when I was examining, it contained a number of junk files that looked like they were leaking by failed download processes.

No, this is a different directory. This is the cache that contains files to server as for "/static". It's a somewhat harder problem to solve.
