Issue descriptionAs far as I can tell, this was added for debugging DNS issues in issue 82580 , but hasn't been used since. At least no other bug mentions the switch by name, I'm going to remove the switch, unless some objects. I'm preparing to either duplicate or share command line parsing logic with between IOThread and the network service, simpler to remove obscure switches first.
