Issue descriptionExample URL: Any url Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. In Chrome Canary (61.0.3115.0) on my Galaxy (SM-G955U, build NRD90M), go to the search bar. 2. Then type ANY Url 3. Then it won't load. 3. What is the expected behavior? It should load. What went wrong? When I open Canary, even though I have PERFECT connection, I cannot load any sites. j even left it for an hour to do so and nothing. It just keeps trying to load. I can go to bookmarks and see them all (even desktop bookmarks), I can go through history, I can access everything J just can't connect to any sites. All other browsers including stable Google Chrome still work on the same websites, I tried restarting the browser and even my device, so I am assuming this is a bug. Did this work before? Yes 61 maybe 60 Chrome version: 61.0.3115.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 7.0.0 Flash Version: Idk, I'm on Android, so whatever flash version chrome has preinstalled is what I have I promise this is not a problem with my connection.
