Even after multiple signing in Chrome asks for sign in for Syncing and asks for multiple times to set as default Browser.

Reported by madhu7...@gmail.com, May 27 2017

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) As soon as I open the chrome browser it always asks me to set it as a Default Browser even if it's set as default.
(2) Asks for multiple times sign in to sync even if signed into Chrome.

What is the expected output?
1.Should not ask to make the browser as default because it is already set as default.
2. Shouldn't ask for sign in because I've already signed in.

What do you see instead?
1.always asks me to set it as a Default Browser even if it's set as default.
Asks for multiple times sign in to sync even if signed into Chrome.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm asked to sign in multiple times even after signing in. I do a lot of R&D on software and other kinds of stuff.I need chrome to remember all my search URLs and auto fill forms but its not being possible. But I'm facing this problem only on my personal PC which runs on a w10 OS.
