Steps to reproduce the problem:
We run a website where we accept registrations from users and have noticed an increase in user's submitting our form with a 4-digit year in the company name field, rather than a company name. We recently reproduced the issue with one of our staff member's Chrome browsers. Upon further investigation we discovered that Chrome has, for some unknown reason, stored the staff member's birth year in the Organization field in Chrome. See attached screenshot. Her birth year is 1969. She definitely did not enter the autofill settings directly.

Chrome is sometimes storing a user's birthdate year in the Organization field of the autofill settings. We have seen evidence of this happening on a somewhat widespread basis, based on user registrations at our website.
