I only see a few requests in that log, and none of them look like what you're describing. Can you upload another log, this time making sure to start logging before you try to load the page and stop after you've waited for it to load for a while?

I took a look at the new log. There are a bunch of facebook requests, including what seems like some photos, but no errors or stalled requests. (There is one URL_REQUEST at the end of the log for edge-chat.facebook.com with ERR_ABORTED, but that just looks like a hanging get waiting for updates that was cancelled, so not related here.)

So it appears this is a higher level problem.
You could try checking devtools for errors (though it takes some effort on android: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/remote-debugging/)
Alternately you could try contacting Facebook support since they're probably better equipped to debug higher level problems on their site.

GMS FAT: Thank you for providing above analysis. But i have some queries
1. Issue is not reproduced with other browsers like firefox. If this is facebook issue it should be reproduced in Mozilla also.
2. Issue is not reproduced in older Chrome version. This is a degrade issue.

Can you please confirm on above points.

I've actually been hitting this for weeks. I run into it whenever I click on a facebook feed link to an album with a sizable (e.g. 40) number of images. It only shows like 8 of them and then gets stuck on the spinner for eternity. I captured a net-internals log and looked around for a while but my findings are in line with comment #4, all the image requests succeeded and it didn't look like anything else got stuck at the network layer.

I'm removing the network tag as I don't think this is network-specific. I reported the issue on Facebook's web site.
