Wrong email accepted by HTML5 email input

Reported by syl.fa...@gmail.com, May 30 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attachment
2. Open the console
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Both calls to console.log should display false

What went wrong?
console.log about "aaa.@aaa.com" displays true instead of false.

aaa.@aaa.com is not a valid email because the local part cannot ends with a dot (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Email_address#Local-part)

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? No
Same behaviour in Firefox 53.0.3 and Edge 40.15063.0.0

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

This is an expected behavior.
HTML's email definition is loose.

Ok thank you for the info.
A unique email definition would be great!
