Unwanted white space is seen after resizing 'Audit' window to RHS in devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools and go to 'Audit' section and perform an audit
2. Now scroll down the window and drag 'Audit' window to RHS and observe

Actual: Unwanted white space is seen between line of text after resizing 'Audit' window to RHS
Expected: Unwanted white space should not be seen between line of text after resizing 'Audit' window to RHS

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series as new feature in 'Audit' appears from build # 60.0.3102.0
