Issue descriptionVersion: 60.0.3112.7 acf6afccbfe8fc0ddb9a616a6286f336e0204761-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#20} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/passwords 2. Now drag 'password.google.com' url to 'Search passwords' search field and again try to drag the same url to search field second time,observe Actual: Unable to drag the url to 'Search passwords' search field for second time Expected: Should be able to drag the url to 'Search passwords' search field for second time This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update other info : Good build:59.0.3071.0 Bad build: 60.0.3072.0
