Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Sisters_(Moscow) Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit the URL above on wikipedia 2. Observe the text:: "(Stalin's) high-rises" 3. Resize the page, so that the first " is on the end of the line. Use latest Ubuntu LTS, with latest Chrome, and Gnome Desktop. What is the expected behavior? Quotes should be with the text, not on previous lines What went wrong? Shouldn't look like ...... meaning " (Stalin's) high-rises" Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Thank you for looking into this.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows-7,Windows-10,Mac-10.12.4 and Linux using chrome stable version 58.0.3029.110 and canary 61.0.3114.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. This is Non-Regression issue observed from M30 #30.0.1549.0 and marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks.
