search contents of Bookmarks and History, not just title

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: in the Bookmark Manager and History manager, when you search, it only searches the titles or URL's. To make this feature more helpful and useful, it should also search the content of bookmarked webpages and history. I believe Opera used to do this and it was just fantastic, please consider this! Safari can do this, and it's been useful for finding something I remember I visited many months before. I wish Chrome had this feature.
