Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open Chrome with main tab only
2. click on any link on main tab (the most often opened pages, recent bookmarks, etc.) or enter and try to open url from "search of type url" 

What is the expected behavior?
Page is opened

What went wrong?
Nothing happens or progress bar is displayed in about 20% and stops. When you open the same main tab from menu (menu -> New tab), clicking the same elements there works OK

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes it was failed in previous canary build too; earlier it was OK

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
