Apps window title is black on black |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.110 OS:Win7 What steps will reproduce the problem? #2 yes, it's the same bug thanks. On windows 7(ultimate N) if I change the theme to an aereo theme the title of the window is readable. |
