Regression:Search icon doesn't appear after zooming the page in chrome://history

Chrome Version:61.0.3114.0 (Official Build) cf4f838225c132dee06cc21dd6a576347734589b-refs/heads/master@{#475229} 32/64 bit 
OS:Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.3, 10.11.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome open 2-3 webpages and navigate to chrome://history
(2)Resize the browser window to extreme left from R.H.S
(3)Zoom in the page via cmd++ to 250 % and above and observe the search icon.

Actual: Search icon doesn't appear after zooming the page in chrome://history (i.e. after step 3)

Expected: Search icon should appear after zooming the page in chrome://history

This is a regression issue broken in 'M57' and below is the manual regression range

Able to reproduce the issue using latest version #61.0.3114.0 on Mac 10.12.4, Win 10. Ubuntu 14.04 

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 57.0.2957.0 (Revision: 439663)
Bad Build: 57.0.2958.0 (Revision: 439976)

You are probably looking for a change made after 439709 (known good), but no later than 439710 (first known bad)
