Wallpaper app only shows "Custom" tab

OS Version: 9536.0.0


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Alt-click on the wallpaper
2. Choose "Set Wallpaper"

What is the expected result?

The Wallpaper app shows multiple tabs such as Landscale, Urban, etc.

What happens instead of that?

The Wallpaper app shows only "Custom" tab.

This happened to one of test accounts I use. Let me know if you need access to that account.

I think you might not use the official build?

That's right. I was using my own build. Closing as it seems to be working as intended for non-official builds.
