Mouse pointer has a ~1cm offset on the left

Reported by paul.les...@gmail.com, May 28 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I sadly don't know...

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
My mouse pointer clicks on its right (so I must click on the left), in the pages but also the menus.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: stable
OS Version: DebianJessie (8), 3.16.0-4-amd64
Flash Version:

The issue is not present in incognito mode. I tried disabling extensions (without success ofc).
The problem is also non-existent in Chrome 58.0.3029.110.
I also don't think it's a regression; it might be something I did on my system, but then why would it work in Chrome/incognito mode...
