[Googler Canary] Chrome crashes when clicking news article on NTP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome canary
(2) Click on news article on NTP

What is the expected result?
News article should load

What happens instead?
Chrome crashes

Do you have Chrome Home enabled?
If yes, this is a duplicate of  issue 725688 .
