Bug using chrome on android with mouse, bluetooth or usb

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connected mouse: Bluetooth or USB
2. Open Chrome browser, went to web page
3. Tried to follow links nothing "click" or selects

What is the expected behavior?
Open link in browser, long hold offer new window, double click or click follow link

What went wrong?
Didn't work.   Tested tablet with same mouse and used Samsung's basic browser, links work fine

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.83  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.01
Flash Version: Androidm6.0.1;SM-T580/MMB29K

Again tested with same mouse and used Samsung default browser and clicked links work fine.

I too have encountered the above bug.
First encountered in Chrome Version: 58.0.3029.83 and still continue to encounter it in Chrome  Version: 59.0.3071.92

Expected behavior IMO: 
1) Click on any link in the browser.
2) New tab with link to open up or navigate to link in same tab.

Tested the same in Firefox and Opera and can successfully navigate to links when using a bluetooth mouse.
