Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Browse http://jidanni.org/location/directions/index.html 2. Click make mobile-friendly at bottom 3. Observe that it has arbitrarily started in the middle of a HTML list. What is the expected behavior? Either don't show anything or show the whole list. What went wrong? Users will think the page only contains that part of the list when it contains much more. You should detect that this kind of page is not the kind that you want to make mobile friendly and say so. Or, make the whole page Mobile friendly. Erroneously making part of the page rendered, will only mislead users. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3107.3 Channel: dev OS Version: Flash Version:
