Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9334.69.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.112 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9334.69.0 (Official Build) stable-channel banjo Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on virtual keyboard in accessibility menu at sign-on screen. (Turn on other features large cursor, etc.) 2. Log into user account. 3. Log out of user account. 4. Virtual Keyboard is still selected while other accessibility features have been reset. What is the expected behavior? All (including keyboard) accessibility features are turned off. What went wrong? Virtual keyboard is not turned off. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 9334.69.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 mrenne@google.com

Here's what should happen: The login screen accessibility settings are unrelated to an individual user's (except that if you create a new user or Guest user you will inherit them). When you log in, you whatever settings you previously had. When you log out, you should see the login screen's settings. 1. Turn on an a11y setting. 2. Log in to user. See user's a11y settings. 3. Log out of the user. 4. See any setting turned on in #1 is still on. This is the behavior I see. Can you confirm whether you still see something different?
