Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Google Chrome
2. Navigate to the URL
3. Tap on Menu > Settings > Find in page 
4. Tap on Find in page
5. Enter search text 
6. All search text is highlighted
7. Tap on Next  
 
Observed results: 
Notice that Find in page is not scrolling down the page to highlight the text entered when user clicks on next
