Remove obsolete Net.Http variants

The following histograms will be obsolete when the UMA from 689659 has landed.

Net.HttpContentLengthWithValidOCL
Net.HttpOriginalContentLengthWithValidOCL
Net.HttpContentLengthDifferenceWithValidOCL
Net.HttpOriginalContentLengthWithValidOCL.LoFiOn
Net.HttpContentLengthDifferenceWithValidOCL.LoFiOn

Net.HttpContentLength
Net.HttpOriginalContentLength
Net.HttpContentLengthDifference

We should remove them as soon as we can prove that they aren't useful anymore.

All the unused histograms have been removed. Note: Net.HttpContentLengthDifferenceWithValidOCL is still being used so I'm not going to remove it
