Since Windows 10 update--The page freezes. I close it via task manager, and then I cannot reopen Chrome unless I restart computer.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Since Windows 10 update- Open browser and use it for a few min.
2. Page freezes so I task manager to see that it isn't responding; close it...and cannot reopen Chrome
3. Restart computer

What is the expected behavior?
Duh!  I can go on with my work and my life...retire...and move to the beach!

What went wrong?
Maybe using Chrome on Windows 10 isn't a good fit?  Explorer works fine, but i want my Google.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Windows 10 for laptop
Flash Version:

@mlpurwin: Unable to reproduce the issue using #58.0.3029.110 on Win 10. Could you please try uninstalling the Chrome and again install the latest version and check if you still face the issue?

Could you please navigate to chrome://crashes and please add a Crash server I'd, that would help us in further triaging.

I think I fixed it by uninstalling, running CCCleaner, a malware program,
restarting, reinstalling...So far, so good.  If it acts up again, I will
contact you and include a crash server. thank you, mlp
