text-shadow looks bad when using RGBA color values

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3107.4 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://github.com/ (logged-in header); https://mail.google.com/ (compose button)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use a text-shadow with a RGBA color.
Sample HTML:

<style>.one { text-shadow: -1px 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,.6); color: white;} .two { text-shadow: -1px 1px 0 #000; color: white;}  body { background: darkblue;}</style>

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The shadow becomes an unreadable white color.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes a week ago?

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

I can't reproduce this with a bisect on Mac using the html snippet from the initial report and covering the reported version range.

It may be that we have started tickling a driver bug or GPU problem.

Manually looking at the regression range for Mac Dev, assuming the bug appeared with the most recent update, I could not see anything that seemed to touch shadow painting in a way that would cause this.

Please wait for the next Chrome update and report back to us if the issue is fixed or still occurs.

Chrome 60.0.3112.7 seems to have fixed it.
