Regression: App launcher's, general settings disappears when its reset to default |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Win 7 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)launch Chrome>>Go to chrome webstore>> add "App Launcher Customizer for Google" extension (2)Click on the app launcher icon present between omibar and 3 dot menu (3)Scroll down to view general settings, tick all the 3 checkboxes and click on reset to default and observe the General settings Expected Description of General settings should display Actual Description of General settings disappears
