History: Home and End keys don't work as expected

Home and End should scroll to the top and bottom* of the page, but when the focus is on a history entry (the checkbox, page title or 3-dot menu), Home and End navigate to the checkbox and 3-dot menu instead of scrolling.

* Maybe End going to the bottom is weird because it's an infinite list, but IMO that's a useful behavior. I use End on Facebook to move backward in time quickly, for example.
