What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)sign in to user.
(2)Open chrome://md-settings/certificates ->YOUR CERTIFICATES and Observe the words IMPORT,IMPORT AND BIND(kindly refer screenshots)

Actual:IMPORT,IMPORT AND BIND words are seen combined
Expected:Word spacing should be seen between the two words IMPORT,IMPORT AND BIND

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 59.0.3071.72/9460.51.0 beta-channel peppy

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
