Regression: Unnecessary 'Selection Only' option is seen on print preview page.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3111.0 (Official Build) (cohort: Stable)b1c5e931c5e329c64b70f484beb2320a221e5571-refs/heads/master@{#474651}(32/64-bit).

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://welcome, click on chrome logo multiple times and give print command.
2.On print preview page, click on more settings on LHS, scroll down and observe.

Actual Result: Unnecessary 'Selection Only' option is seen on Print Preview page. (Even when nothing is selected on chrome://welcome page)
Expected Result: 'Selection Only' option should not be seen.

This is Regression issue broken in M-55,  will soon update other info.

Manual Bisect:
Good Build: 55.0.2881.0
Bad Build: 55.0.2882.0 

Note: When clicked on 'Selection Only' option, page turns blank.

I'm not super concerned about the print (or print preview) behavior for the Welcome page. It's not a particularly high-impact use case. Leaving this open because it may indicate a more general printing bug.

I can't reproduce this, but if the "Unnecessary Selection Only" issue is only seen on the welcome page, then I'm fine with that being the case.
