Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3110.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://tv.xfinity.com/listings?utm_source=MYXFN Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go To Xfinity.com 2. Login 3. Attempt to access streaming TV What is the expected behavior? Program Guide for account region is instantiated (apparently it also is written in DRM Flash) What went wrong? Xfinity returns a DRMFailure error when trying to add the device. If I use Adobe's DRM test validator at http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/SVP/SampleVideoPlayer_FP.html with their test DRM file: http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/Content/anonymous.f4v the following results. DRMErrorEvent dispatched by DRMManger event type = drmError Error Code = 3307 [InternalFailure] Sub Error Code = 1107296347 Error Details = drmUpdateNeeded = false systemUpdateNeeded = false XFinity returns the exact same Error and Sub Error Codes Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Pepper Did this work before? Yes Unknown but sometime in 2016; may or may not be pre-57 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3110.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Both deleting Chromium user Profile\Default\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\CacheWritableAdobeRoot\* as well as clearing the Content Licenses using http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager08.html Doesn't fix the problem. Widevine (Netflix) works perfectly so this is not a general DRM-on-Chromium issue; and it's also happening on Windows (and not Linux).

This issue seems to be Site specific. Can someone from MTV please look into it? Thanks!!

How is it site-specific if it fails Adobe's own test?

Yes but you can repro using Adobe's DRM test site

I don't see any issues ussing Adobe's DRM test validator at http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/SVP/SampleVideoPlayer_FP.html with their test DRM file: http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/Content/anonymous.f4v the following results. On either 60.0.3112.72 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) or 62.0.3174.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit), running on Windows 7. Flash version 26.0.0.137. Perhaps there is an OS specific issue here?

Windows 10 Version 10.0.14393 Fresh copy of Version 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) straight from https://github.com/henrypp/chromium/releases/download/v60.0.3112.90-r474897-win64/chromium-sync.zip And Builtin (Pepper) Flash 26,0,0,151 (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/about/) And the Adobe DRM test still fails with: authenticationMethod = anonymous ServerURL = http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080 license ID = 43345AEF-52FF-3F20-90FF-ABDC98A2E3E4 DRMErrorEvent dispatched by DRMManger received on Sat Aug 12 00:13:31 GMT-0400 2017 event type = drmError Error Code = 3307 [InternalFailure] Sub Error Code = 1107296347 Error Details = drmUpdateNeeded = false systemUpdateNeeded = false

Hey Ligi, Could you have someone from the TE team try to repro the following steps on Win10 (I'm not seeing the issue on Win7): 1.) Visit http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/SVP/SampleVideoPlayer_FP.html. 2.) (Conditional) If they see "Alternate HTML content should be placed here. ..." click on the "Get Flash" link and click allow on the "Run Flash" prompt. 3.) Paste http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/Content/anonymous.f4v into the "Input the video URL:" text field. 4.) Click Show DRM Events 5.) Click Play The expected result would be that a train video will play. In the failure case errors resembling those in the original report will appear. If the issue does reproduce, if you could kindly please request a bisect. Thanks in advance.
