Get rid of -webkit-text-security which is for password field |
||||||
Issue description-webkit-text-security CSS property is used for implementing password field. And it provides more feature, e.g. specify shape of masked character. As it starts with "-webkit", this CSS property is available only for Blink/WebKit. To improve browser interoperability, we should get rid of this property from Blink. Clients of -webkit-test-security are: - Style: parser, computed style - LayoutText: painting - TextIterator: via IsTextSecurityNode() for replacing secured char to "*" - SimplifiedBackwardsTextIterator: same as TextIterator Note: There are 8 files using ETextSecurity.
