Regression:Spacing issue is seen near the Ubertray icons.

Chrome Version:60.0.3110.0/9590.0.0 Dev-channel Daisy,Candy and Peppy 
OS:Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user and Observe the icons in the Ubertray(Kindly refer screenshots)

Actual:Spacing issue is seen between  the battery,keyboard and profile icons in Ubertray.
Expected:Sufficient space should be seen.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 60.0.3107.0/9582.0.0 dev-channel candy

@Tbuckley :Please confirm the issue.

Note:Issue is not applicable to windows,Linux OS.

FYI looks fixed in current ToT (refs/heads/master@{#475519}) though from skimming the logs it's unclear what broke/fixed this.
