Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome
2. Display on clone mode
3. Playing 2K or 4K /60FPS video on youtube
4. You can notice around every 10seconds, the video that is playing will jerk/freeze for 1 second

What is the expected behavior?
There is no jerk/freeze when play video by Youtube.

What went wrong?
This issue is  Chrome browser issue rather than Intel GFX driver issue.
There is no 3D command submitted from chrome around 300 ms, which leads screen freezing for a while. However, the decoding and Video Processing tasks are submitted to HW continuously and looks the execution time is reasonable. Something weird here is that 49 VideoProcessBlt is called during this 100ms. In normal case it suppose to be around 6. Not sure if it is the reason causing 3D command stops submitting from chrome, but anyway the decoding and Video Processing are all coming from browser.
