Caroline: Unable to unzip file. Please try again when downloading using recovery tool

We just uploaded the new recovery images for Caroline however I keep getting Unable to unzip file error

This is similar to previously fixed problem we had with other devices few months back

see: issue 653954, issue 687422

ntang@, seems like you fixed above by changing download directory, I suspect that due larger image sizes then device may not able to unzip

Can you evaluate any other options here?

Could you verify the recovery image itself is valid? Download yourself and burn it to an USB?

recovery tool works fine on my Mac so I suspect that this may be related to space left on my Caroline?

Can you verify the amount of space left on your device? I'm able to create a Caroline recovery stick just fine from my samus.
