Production devservers contain a LOT of junk in /tmp.

chroemos4-devserver4 contains 32k files in /tmp. That's enough to affect performance.

Many of them are name ssh-tmp* or cros-update*, and are fairly old (December).

I have manually cleaned up all "cros-update*" files by hand on this devserver, but the problem likely remains on the rest of them.

If we were draining and rebooting devservers from time to time, this problem would be self-correcting.

We could a cleanup script for these temp directories. Possibly related to the "Reduce devserver-related provison failure" OKR?
