Night Light: align cursor tint to display tint

Project Member Reported by ovanieva@chromium.org, May 25 2017

Issue description

Feature description: cursor on Night Light

Night Light cursor is currently retaining original outline and color, tint settings not applying. As a result, cursor appears too bright and jarring to the eyes.

Please apply the same level of tint to cursor as the screen after Night Light is turned on, to ensure lesser contrast with display.

We will use cursor compositing to fix this issue similar to the way high contrast mode is already handled.

commit 46154340ab5590f09255764f37f23eada1226966
Author: afakhry <afakhry@chromium.org>

Enable software compositing while Night Light is on

Avoid the bright jarring cursor when Night Light is on, since the
layer temperature filter is not applied to the cursor.

This change while very welcome, adds considerable cursor lag on my Kevin.

This is a known issue and I was told by oshima@ that it is planned to be fixed.

Do you have the issue number for the cursor lag? I looked and couldn't find it.
