Head movement does not work on https://chromatic.funktroniclabs.com/

Project Member Reported by dbbrooks@chromium.org, May 25 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3107.3
OS: Android
Device: Nexus 5X, Pixel (all devices)

Note this does not repro on Chrome stable ver. 58.0.3029.83 (cannot verify on beta due to other blocking issue)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Using Daydream or cardboard
(2) go to https://chromatic.funktroniclabs.com/ and hit enter VR
(3) Move head around once presentation starts

What is the expected result? view of content should change, simulating looking around.

What happens instead? content moves with head movement

Summary: Head movement does not work on https://chromatic.funktroniclabs.com/ (was: Head movement does not work on http://zenvr.funktroniclabs.com/30/)
I don't think we should be using that URL. It is HTTP and doesn't have origin tokens. https://chromatic.funktroniclabs.com/ appears to be the production URL.

The issue repros at that URL as well in both 60 and 59.0.3071.71. The CHROMATIC text jitters but is head-locked. There are only tokens for the original "WebVR" origin trial, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are not handling the API changes in M59.
Surprisingly, this site was reported to work in https://crbug.com/719079#c8 .
