[devtools] "enable request blocking" checkbox not in sync w/ command menu

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3110.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Show the "Request Blocking" tab
2. Make sure the "enable request blocking" checkbox is checked
3. Open the Command Menu and run "Disable request" blocking

What is the expected behavior?
"Enable request blocking" checkbox gets unchecked

What went wrong?
It stays checked

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3110.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.4 using chrome reported version-60.0.3110.0  & latest canary-61.0.3115.0 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Observed that "Enable request blocking" checkbox is getting unchecked after step 3.

Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss any steps to reproduce the issue.
