status bar is not prevented from hiding search results highlighted by ctrl+f

Reported by teo8...@gmail.com, May 25 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://output.jsbin.com/lizifa
2. scroll down so that the line that reads "bar" is exactly at the bottom edge of the window
3. place the mouse cursor over the link that says "PUT THE MOUSE CURSOR HERE" and leave it there. This will cause the status bar with the url to show up at the bottom left of the screen, hiding the word "bar"
4. hit ctrl+f and type "bar"
5. optionally hit ctrl+g

What is the expected behavior?
Either the page should scroll down a little bit so that the word "bar" moves up and is no longer hidden by the status bar, or the status bar should move to the right. One way or another, the search result highlighted MUST be visible

What went wrong?
nothing happens and the word "bar", highlighted because it is a match for the searched keyword, remains hidden behind the status bar; you have no way to tell it's there.

The same happens if the status bar is showing a "waiting for..." message.

This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M35 #35.0.1849.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Windows 10.0.

Thank you.
