DevTools: New Audits panel (lighthouse) - Ability to Audit Desktop Site

Reported by craig.fr...@gmail.com, May 25 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3110.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load a page in desktop view.
2. Audit the page.

What is the expected behavior?
Have the ability to see audit of the "desktop" version of the website (e.g. accessibility check of colour contrast, or download large images via the <picture> element).

What went wrong?
It always chooses a "Nexus 5X" at 412x732px... even if you go into device emulation mode, and select Responsive, 100% before.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 60.0.3110.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.5
Flash Version:
