What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen click on "Let's go" > Navigates to 'Connect to Network' screen
(2)Connect to any network -> Now click on Uber Tray then Network and click on 'Network info' option observe 'IP Address', 'IPV6 Address','Wi-Fi' information is seen and now observe for those information in 'Connect to network screen' (Please refer video)

Expected: 'IP Address','IPV6 Address',' Wi-Fi' information should be seen in Network list  of  'Connect to Network' screen
Actual: Instead 'IP Address','IPV6 Address',' Wi-Fi' information is seen missing.

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine for 57.0.2987.146/9202.64.2 Candy

Note:
'Wi-Fi' information is seen missing before connecting to network 
Steps:
(1)Navigate to 'Connect to Network' screen(Don't connect to any Network)
(2)Now click on Uber Tray -> click Network and now click on 'Network info'  observe 'Wi-Fi' information is seen and observe for 'Wi-Fi' information  in Network list  of  'Connect to Network' screen
